Should you choose to accept this challenge submitted to
the Battletech : Firestorm community, exact coordinates will be
transmitted to you in the form of a Top Secret Mission Packet. We
have a limit due to space constraints of 48 pilots. Spots will be
reserved on a first come first served bases for pilots who pay the entry
donation ahead of time. The entry donations for this event will be used
to cover costs of prizes, food and other costs as necessary
Thursday the 12th is Columbus day, a great day to celebrate the spirit of the age of discovery and honor the founding forefathers of the VWE VGL (Bell, Tesla and Picard) by kicking off the 3rd Annual Battletech Firestorm Invitational.
The pods will be booted up on Wednesday the 11th by 8pm for any who are in the area or in town already who want some pre-invite warm-ups and practice. Pods will be rebooted between events and open play will be made available when events for the day are over. Since we're looking to start by 9am every morning, we'll have the pods up by 7:30am for some warm-ups and checkups, etc. We should have plenty of time for some open play at the end of 3 of the 4 event days.
